1. Sweepstakes Period: The Pond's MAMMA MIA!™ Donna & the Dynamos Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on May 22, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on June 13, 2008 (the "Sweepstakes Period").

2. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees of Conopco, Inc., d/b/a Unilever ("Sponsor"), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. ("Administrator"), Universal City Studios LLLP ("Universal") their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively "Sponsor and its Administrators") and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each, are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal, state and local laws.

3. How To Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, you must enter by visiting www.ponds.com (the "Sweepstakes Website"), voting for your favorite Pond's MAMMA MIA!™ Donna & the Dynamos Finalist video and then completing all required registration information in order to receive an entry into the random drawing. Limit one entry per person/email address per day. Normal Internet access imposed by your on-line service will apply. All entries become property of the Sponsor. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 6/13/08 to be eligible for the drawing.

4. Random Drawing: The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about June 18, 2008, from among all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Prize will be awarded and winner will be notified by phone/mail/email.

5. Sweepstakes Grand Prize And Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): Sweepstakes Grand Prize (1): The Grand Prize winner will receive a private screening of the MAMMA MIA! movie on or about July 17, 2008 for up to 200 of his/her family and friends at a theater (or other suitable location as determined by Sponsor and/or Universal) in or near the winner's hometown ("Screening") (ARV: $2,000). Sponsor will solely determine maximum number of guests that can attend Screening. Specific date, time and location of Screening is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If the potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner is unable to attend the Screening on the date specified by Sponsor, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at sole discretion of Sponsor, if time permits. Prize consists of Screening only. Transportation to and from the Screening, concession items and any other expenses not specified herein are the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and his or her Screening guests. Guests must be age appropriate for the Screening, based on the movie's rating. Sponsor may require parents/legal guardians to accompany minors to Screening. In the event the winner or any of his or her guests engage during the Screening in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor's sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Screening early, and send the winner and/or his or her guests home with no further compensation. Prize is nontransferable and winner may not substitute prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if prize cannot be awarded for any reason.

6. General Rules: Potential Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign and return a Release of Liability/Publicity release (except where prohibited by law) within three (3) days of notification attempt or the prize will be forfeited and alternate winner may be selected. Affidavit package will be mailed via overnight mail with a pre-paid overnight return envelope included or sent via email. Return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate selection. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner's name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. By entering, entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. Winner and all entrants, as a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, agree to release Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents, assigns and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of prize awarded or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of offering of the prize. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter, if applicable, will be deemed to be the entrant. "Authorized account holder" of an email address is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website; violates the Official Rules; acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner: or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Sponsor and its Administrators are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, spam filtered, garbled or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes. Entries generated by script or bot are not eligible. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes if it cannot be completed as planned for any reason, including for infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or corruption of any sort. In such event, Sponsor will award prize from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, participant (or parent/legal guardian if participant is a minor) agrees that: 1) under no circumstance will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for out-of-pocket expenses; 2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and 3) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys fees.
